Strika ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Pose Me LLC, a California limited liability company.
By downloading, installing, creating an account for, accessing, or otherwise using the Strika mobile application (the "App"), you ("you" or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
During account creation, you will be required to affirmatively accept these Terms before using certain features of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, including by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App or by other reasonable means. By continuing to access or use the App after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include both you and that organization or entity.
For purposes of these Terms:
"App" means the Strika mobile application, including its features, functionality, software, updates, and related services made available by Pose Me LLC.
"App Materials" means the App's software, source code, object code, functionality, user interface, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, databases, compilations, documentation, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to Pose Me LLC.
"Creator" means any individual or entity that licenses photography reference content or related materials to Pose Me LLC for distribution through the App.
"Creator Content" means any pose reference photograph, creator profile, image, text, metadata, or other content licensed to Pose Me LLC by a Creator or other authorized rights holder and made available through the App.
"Feedback" means any suggestion, idea, recommendation, enhancement request, comment, or other feedback relating to the App that you voluntarily provide to Pose Me LLC.
"Terms" means these Terms of Service, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy.
"User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the App.
"User Content" means any photograph, image, reference photo, text, information, or other content that a User creates, captures, uploads, submits, stores, or otherwise uses in connection with the App.
Strika is a mobile application that provides photography inspiration through a searchable library of Creator Content licensed to Pose Me LLC. The App enables Users to browse, search, filter, save, and discover pose references based on categories, styles, occasions, creators, and other characteristics to assist with planning and creating original photographs.
The App may also include Creator profiles, search and discovery features, camera overlay tools, and other functionality designed to help Users find, organize, and use Creator Content as visual inspiration. The App also allows Users to optionally select a personal reference photo for use as a local camera overlay. Personal reference photos are stored locally on the User's device and are not uploaded to or stored on Pose Me LLC's servers.
