Strika (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Pose Me LLC, a California limited liability company.
By downloading, installing, or using the Strika mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Strika is a mobile application that provides photography reference materials, including pose guides, lighting tips, and composition suggestions. The App allows users to browse, favorite, and filter reference photos, and to overlay reference poses on a live camera viewfinder to improve their photography skills. Users may also upload a personal reference photo to use as a camera overlay.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pose Me LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Pose Me LLC.
The App is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other pricing in the future. If we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice and any paid features will require your affirmative consent before you are charged.
