Strika ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Pose Me LLC, a California limited liability company.
Strika is a creator licensing and discovery platform that provides users with access to a searchable library of licensed Creator Content, including pose reference photography and related materials, to inspire and assist with creating original photographs.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your Personal Information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process Personal Information when you access or use the App, as well as the choices and rights available to you regarding your information.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy:
"App" means the Strika mobile application, including its features, functionality, software, updates, and related services made available by Pose Me LLC.
"Creator" means any individual or entity that licenses Creator Content to Pose Me LLC for distribution through the App.
"Creator Content" means any pose reference photograph, creator profile, image, text, metadata, or other content licensed by Pose Me LLC from a Creator or other authorized rights holder and made available through the App.
"Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household, as defined under applicable privacy laws.
"Process," "Processing," or "Processed" means any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Information, whether by automated or manual means, including collecting, recording, organizing, storing, using, accessing, analyzing, disclosing, transferring, retaining, deleting, or otherwise handling Personal Information.
"User" means any individual who accesses or uses the App.
"User Content" means any photographs, reference photos, text, information, or other content that a User creates, captures, uploads, submits, stores, or otherwise uses in connection with the App.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Personal Information that Pose Me LLC processes in connection with your access to and use of the App, including when you create an account, browse or interact with Creator Content, communicate with us, participate as a Creator, or otherwise use the App.
